From creative ideas based on your own needs and aspirations, we will design, plan and construct a feature extension, sunroom or conservatory – revolutionise an existing living space with a set of our luxury folding sliding glass doors – or carry out interior alterations to make your property flow and work more favourably for you, with our own direct employed builders & carpenters, and a varied team of specialist sub contractors
Some people have a very clear idea of what they would like to achieve and how it should look – other people have no idea at all.
With our experience we will either help you form design options from scratch, or put the finishing touches to your existing plans. In addition to helping you create a visually attractive look and feel to your project, we will also keep a careful eye on issues such as functionality, flow, proportion, balance, light, storage and any relevant planning policy matters or restrictions that could affect the achievement of your dream, prior to producing & submitting full planning drawings on your behalf.
We fully manage all of our building projects and installations at director level, thus minimising disruption and stress to you and ensuring as far as possible smooth and continuous work progress through all stages of the project.
You therefore have the confidence and comfort of knowing that you have only one point of daily contact with a director of the business, who will be responsible to you for all of your questions and concerns. As project managers we will coordinate supplies and deliveries of all materials and arrange for all necessary sub contract trades people to be on site when we need them to be.
Folding-Sliding Doors: We will install anywhere in the south, south east & south west.
Building, Extensions and Alteration work: Due to the costs and logistics of travelling to site everyday with our builders, carpenters and numerous other tradesmen and materials, sometimes over many months, we can only carry out such work effectively within limited boundaries, which at present we normally define as the boundaries of Hampshire, South East Wiltshire and east Dorset.
